We want you to feel secure and satisfied when ordering a tree from us. Julgran.com, owned by CPRS Enterprises AB (556803-7526), offers a “Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.” This guarantee ensures that you can trust us to always deliver exactly what you have ordered. If the delivery is incorrect or the product is damaged, you have the right to file a complaint. As a customer, you can also expect the tree to be of high quality, the delivery to be made at your desired time and address as closely as possible, and for your order and payment to be handled with the highest level of service.

The lifespan of a Christmas tree is comparable to that of a cut flower, as both lack roots to absorb water and nutrients. A bouquet of cut flowers should last 4 days or more, which is also our guideline for the durability of our trees.

Our terms of purchase are covered by the right to complaint, which applies to goods that are faulty according to current consumer protection legislation. For a detailed description of your rights when ordering a tree from us, please refer to the Consumer Sales Act (1990:932).

Transport Damages

According to VTL (Swedish law on domestic transport), any visible damage must be reported immediately. Hidden damage must be reported within 7 days. Compensation is paid in accordance with VTL.
