Christmas tree Pickup
Price range: 300 kr through 600 kr
Choose between placing the tree outside your door or having us pick it up directly from the stand and carry it out in a Barry sack. Please note that if you choose the latter option, you must be present. For business customers, we will collect the tree between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
On the day you’ve scheduled the pickup, please place your tree outside your door by 9:00 AM. We will collect and recycle the tree during the day. To avoid confusion for neighbors, consider attaching a note to the tree with the date and the information that julgran.com is picking it up.
Simply discarding the tree on the street is not allowed and may even result in fines. Our goal with this service is to ensure as many Christmas trees as possible in Stockholm are converted into energy for district heating. A recycled Christmas tree generates enough energy to power four washing machines.
Note: If the tree is not stripped of decorations at the time of pickup, a fee of 100 SEK will be charged. If you are not home and the tree is not placed outside, the pickup will be considered forfeited.
